Our health, our responsibility

Who does the onus for health fall on?
Is it responsible to wait for either the government or God to take care of things while we are bent on doing all the wrong things?
Do we have a fatalistic point of view to our health where we believe everything is an act of God and therefore we are helpless in bettering our outcomes?
Do we want to be given the proverbial fish or do we want to be taught how to fish?
It is only fair that if we are to demand quality healthcare from the government, we should take responsibility where it is ours to ensure our quality of life is improved.
It doesn’t have to cost us…it starts with the little things.
Habits, diet, cleanliness, safety, obedience to laws…
We can improve our quality of life even before anybody does anything about it.
