Hostile heart

Are you used to having outbursts of anger?
Well you are predisposing yourself to the risk of a heart attack, stroke and other cardio vascular events like ventricular arrhythmia (abnormal heartbeat).

Lemme give you the figures according to Harvard researchers:
Comparing when you are angry to when you are not angry, your risk of heart attack is 5 times more likely and you are 3 times more likely to have a stroke in the two hours after an anger outburst.
Although if you have a history of heart problem, you are more at risk of having a heart attack, that is you having higher odds than someone without any history of heart problem.

Generally, your risk increases with each anger outburst and this is relative to the risks factors you have. In simple terms, increase in the frequency at which you get angry increases the chances that you will have a heart attack, it accumulates over time (it piles up) Each anger outburst adds to the previous and so on…you get the gist

They say to effectively treat a hostile heart, a “more comprehensive approach to treating acute and chronic mental stress, and its associated psychological stressors” is needed.
I say….SAY NO TO ANGER!!!
